VNA-Community Services, Inc. (VNA) is a non-profit agency with a focused mission of providing community-based programs that address family health and social service needs and that support individual and family capacity as well as self-sufficiency goals.
The organization was founded in 1919 by socially active and concerned volunteers with an interest in identifying and addressing public health concerns. Today, the Organization, through its offices in Abington and Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, serves Central and Eastern Montgomery County and parts of Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware and Bucks Counties, and works to bring lasting and meaningful changes to peoples’ lives.
