VNA-Community Services, Inc. (VNA) is a non-profit agency with a focused mission of providing community-based programs that address family health and social service needs and that support individual and family capacity as well as self-sufficiency goals.
The organization was founded in 1919 by socially active and concerned volunteers with an interest in identifying and addressing public health concerns. Today, the Organization, through its offices in Abington and Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, serves Central and Eastern Montgomery County and parts of Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware and Bucks Counties, and works to bring lasting and meaningful changes to peoples' lives.
The VNA of Greater North Penn invests in organizations that contribute to the well-being of those who reside in and around the greater North Penn Area. A primary, but not exclusive, focus will be health promotion, health education, health maintenance, and health restorative services and programs.
Children and families need help and support in times of challenge and crisis. We offer an array of specialized behavioral health programs and services including outpatient, at home, at school and intensive residential treatment to offer assistance when it's needed most.
