Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission has ministered to the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless and disadvantaged in the Philadelphia area since 1878. They offer a variety of programs and services to accomplish their mission of providing for the practical and spiritual needs of hungry, homeless and hurting individuals in the Philadelphia area. It is their desire to meet the immediate needs of our guests and to create an environment which inspires real life changes that lead to restoration and rehabilitation.
Tabor Children's Services is committed to providing culturally-competent, cost-effective quality services that ensure the safety of children, youth, adults and families; enhance the development of children and youth; secure the children's right to permanent families; foster the integrity of the family; and promote the mental health and improved functioning of children and adults seeking stability and independence.
Tend to Hope is dedicated to ministering to the population of individuals admitted each year to mental health crisis facilities. Our "Seeds of Hope" boxes are filled with quality self-care products and hope-building resources. The objective is for individuals to feel cared for, worthy of a good life, and knowledgeable in at least some ways to engage in the process of recovery.
TLC is a non-profit education and social services organization serving students and families in Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas for over 47 years. Founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1983, TLC is one of the region's largest community-based organizations providing alternative education, coaching, and counseling services to public school students and their families.

VNA-Community Services, Inc. (VNA) is a non-profit agency with a focused mission of providing community-based programs that address family health and social service needs and that support individual and family capacity as well as self-sufficiency goals.
The organization was founded in 1919 by socially active and concerned volunteers with an interest in identifying and addressing public health concerns. Today, the Organization, through its offices in Abington and Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, serves Central and Eastern Montgomery County and parts of Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware and Bucks Counties, and works to bring lasting and meaningful changes to peoples' lives.
The VNA of Greater North Penn invests in organizations that contribute to the well-being of those who reside in and around the greater North Penn Area. A primary, but not exclusive, focus will be health promotion, health education, health maintenance, and health restorative services and programs.
