The Collaborative's Training Institute offers capacity-building workshops for nonprofit executives and other seasoned or emerging leaders. Expert professionals present practical guidance that can be put to work immediately on the job. Support from the VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn makes these programs possible. Most workshops are offered free to members.

Trauma Initiative Trainings - These introductory and advanced trainings raise awareness of the prevalence of trauma in our society and provide tools to recognize it and help those affected to heal. These free trainings are provided through support from United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
